All customer sales are coordinated through our website and payment is taken securely using our PayPal account system. Photos are then sent to a professional quality lab to be printed and are then packaged and sent from our office in London. All communication regarding the photos comes directly to us allowing the event organisers to sit back and wait for their commission to arrive in the post! Our finance systems are comprehensive and are internally audited on a regular basis. We send out a detailed financial report with every payment stating how much money is left in clients account and what the future financial forecasts are likely to be.
