What We Offer You

During our three years of operation we have learnt a lot as a company. We have a stock of professional equipment that we use at events including top of the range Nikon and Canon digital cameras, several combinations of Elinchrom lighting rigs, full length backgrounds and full wireless technology to avoid any cumbersome and dangerous wires.

As well as a professional streamlined service we also offer a financial commission on all events that we undertake. This varies depending on location and size but can be up to 30% of our profits. Below are two examples of events that we covered in 2007 and the commission that we returned to the client.

‘In May 2007 pete-whipp.co.uk attended the Kent Union Summer Ball as their event photographers. With over 3000 students attending the event, pete-whipp.co.uk provided two photographers with professional quality lighting and camera equipment in order for everyone to have their photograph taken and to reduce queuing. Throughout the evening we took over 2300 images and uploaded them onto our website for viewing by the next day. Each customer was given a business card which related to the specific gallery where their photograph could be found. In the preliminary discussions with Kent Union we agreed to give them a payment of 30% commission from our net profits due to the size and distance of their event. This 30% raised almost £800 which was gladly paid to them in monthly instalments after the event.’

‘Aberystwyth Guild of Students called pete-whipp.co.uk after getting a recommendation from another Student Union. They needed a photographer to cover an event that was expecting to cater for over 3000 students and was just one week away! Pete-whipp.co.uk managed to quickly arrange for a photographic team to cover the event and thousands of photographs were taken. A commission rate of 22.5% was negotiated and paid in instalments over the following months. The ball was a massive success and over 800 students bought photographs from the ball which raised almost £1000 for the Aberystwyth Guild of Students.’
